French release of Anhell69 May 29th

We have the pleasure to announce the release of Anhell69 by Theo Montoya on May 29th! Dublin Films is assuring the release of the film in France.
On this occasion, Alejandro Hincapié, protagonist of the film and integral part of the project, will be present to support premiere screenings and screenings during the 1st and 2nd week of the release.
The film is supported by the GNCR, CINA, Documentaire sur Grand Ecran and ALCA. The film also obtained the Art&Essai recommendation and the Recherche&Découverte from the AFCAE.

Synopsis
A funeral car cruises the street of Medellín, while a young director tells the story of his past in this violent and conservative city. The young queer scene of Medellín is casted for the film, but the main protagonist dies of a heroin overdose at the age of 21. just like many friends of the director. Anhell69 explores the dreams, doubts and fears of an annihilated generation, and the struggle to carry on making cinema.
